The Codsall Hive is an exciting craft cafe and pottery studio located in the heart of Codsall village. Whether you’re looking to make a special gift for a loved one, create a ceramic baby keepsake or want to try something new; the Codsall Hive is the perfect place for all the family and makes for a unique day out.
7 days-a-week we offer pottery painting, pre-school crafts, classes as well as workshops for both adults and children. We take pride in creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere for all who come to our studio and serve up great Illy coffee and snacks to keep hunger at bay. Come and experience the joy of creativity with us!
What We Offer
Baby Bees
Baby Bees is an interactive program for children aged up to 12 months and their caregivers. We provide a safe, fun and educational environment for children to explore and learn through messy play. Our program includes activities such as music, arts and crafts, and sensory exploration. We also help you make some footprint keepsakes to treasure. Through our unique program, we strive to foster creativity in children and to build strong relationships between parents and their children.
Busy Little Bees
Busy Little Bees is our children's creativity session for ages 2 to school age. Our experienced course leaders guide the kids through fun and creative weekly classes where they get to express themselves through painting and basic crafts. Our program follows three basic topics, shapes, colours & textures. All materials are included, so all the little bees need to bring is their enthusiasm and imagination! Each session is designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children to explore their creativity.
Childrens Parties
The Codsall Hive offers an exciting and creative party packages for all ages.
Join us for an unforgettable children's birthday party, where their imaginations can run wild as they paint and decorate their own pottery pieces and enjoy other craft activities. Party tea and a dedicated host come as standard with all packages.
A selection of party themes are available to suit all tastes and budgets.
Workshops
Welcome to The Codsall Hive: a tranquil pottery studio offering a range of workshops for all ages and abilities. Whether you’re a beginner eager to learn a new craft or an experienced artist looking to try your hand at painting ceramics or having a play with clay we have something for you.
Fused Glass, Macrame, Felting, Calligraphy and pottery painting are just a few of the workshops we often run at the studio.
Adult pottery painting nights and themed events are also popular workshops we offer throughout the year.
